Job SummaryThe Business Development Coordinator supports the execution of strategic initiatives, market assessments, and business planning activities across the organization. The Business Development Coordinator partners with internal stakeholders to support business growth efforts, strategic evaluations, and department-level planning, serving as a key contributor to a wide range of initiatives.
Essential Functions Supports business development and strategy projects through research, coordination, and preparation of documentation. Assists in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data related to market trends, internal performance, and growth opportunities. Helps prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards to support business planning and leadership decision-making. Coordinates timelines, action items, and follow-ups for meetings, workgroups, and strategic initiatives. Works with cross-functional teams to support planning and execution of business development activities. Tracks project milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal reporting. Assists with the development of business cases, proposals, or summary materials for leadership review. Maintains templates, resources, and shared files to ensure consistency across strategy and business development workstreams. Supports ad hoc analyses, requests, or special projects aligned to enterprise priorities. Serves as a collaborative team member and contributes to continuous improvement in strategic operations. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Policy, Marketing, or a related field required Master’s Degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in business strategy, planning, healthcare operations, or project coordination required Experience in a healthcare, consulting, or corporate strategy setting preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Ability to collect and synthesize data into clear summaries and visual formats. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
