Position Summary:
The Business Process Analyst provides day-to-day operational support and drives improvements/efficiency in business processes. This role will initially focus on end-to-end sales order fulfillment processes across all channels, including retail, ecommerce, corporate, and wholesale. This role is a key part in supporting day-to-day operational needs, scaling and improving our operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and identifying and implementing process improvements. This is a cross-functional role requiring strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset. This role works closely with the Platform, Planning, Accounting, and Operations teams to continuously improve business processes and contribute to systems enhancement efforts. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day operational needs by assisting with tactical support, such as resolving stuck orders, fulfillment and data issues, or system exceptions Identify recurring system or process gaps, propose scalable solutions, and lead or support implementation to improve accuracy, scalability, and customer satisfaction Collaborate on ERP and system enhancements, including testing, documentation, and training support Develop standard operating procedures and provide training to cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. retail associates and customer service associates) Monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement Analyze order trends and fulfillment metrics to report on performance and inform operational decisions Partner with Planning, Customer Care, Operations, IT, and Accounting to gather requirements and design cross-functional process improvements
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience. Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, and an aptitude for process improvement Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting findings and recommendations Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, functions (e.g. VLOOKUP) and data manipulation
Qualifications Desired:
Experience with ERP/order management systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify Prior experience contributing to or leading automation and continuous improvement projects Ability to work with large datasets and perform detailed analysis
