This role involves communicating with and evaluating qualified suppliers to ensure reliability and drive continuous improvement across all areas of business. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to strengthen relationships and improve the quality of information shared between all

Minimum Qualifications:
Must exhibit a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in Business or related course of study. Proof of degree required. A transcript or diploma would be acceptable and must be provided. Must have exceptional negotiation skills. Must exhibit the ability to perform under stress, sustained pressure, and time constraints Must exhibit the ability to manage people. Must exhibit the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects. Must demonstrate outstanding oral and written communication skills. Must demonstrate outstanding service-oriented interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Must have basic personal computer skills with the ability to become proficient in operating common windows-based computer programs, including spreadsheet and word processing programs, e-mail. (Preferred packages are S2K, ASI, Express, JDE, SAP, Oracle) Must exhibit the ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two or more years in Purchasing or related experience. CPM, CPSM or CPIM purchasing professional designation or equal certification, or MBA from an accredited four-year college or university. Experience with
