Temporary IT Procurement Agent

24174 Temporary IT Procurement Agent to support our IT Procurement team during a high-volume period. The contractor will assist with processing technology orders submitted via ServiceNow, maintain vendor coordination through Google Sheets, and ensure order statuses are updated through delivery. This is a hands-on role requiring high attention to detail and solid communication with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process IT procurement requests submitted via ServiceNow Submit purchase orders to approved vendors Maintain and update Google Sheets used for order tracking and vendor communication Monitor order status and proactively follow up on delays or delivery confirmations Enter delivery and tracking details into ServiceNow tickets Support the IT Procurement team with order-related documentation and data cleanup
