Job Description:
Identify, evaluate, and select global suppliers of industrial supplies, including electrical parts, cutting tools, belts, rubber goods, and toggle clamps, based on their quality, cost, and delivery capabilities to meet the needs of automotive parts manufacturers. Develop and implement global procurement strategies to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services across multiple regions. Negotiate contracts and terms with international suppliers in accordance with global trade regulations. Identify potential material shortages and distribution needs to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Analyze global supplier bid proposals, assessing price, quality, and availability, to make sourcing decisions aligned with the organization’s objectives across regions. Prepare procurement documents such as purchase orders, vendor memos, price quotes, and delivery schedules to ensure clear communication across teams and management.
