Negotiation Full Job Description Description:

Identify, develop, and support sourcing strategies, lead key initiatives with cross-functional teams; support the decision-making process of the category roadmap with leadership. Act as a market intelligence provider regarding categories; anticipate strategic opportunities and keep key stakeholders informed. Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external partners, while meeting tight deadlines Solicit, expedite, and evaluate supplier quotes and services to determine most desirable suppliers for raw materials and machined components. Prepare all aspects of simple bids, RFQ’s and proposals, including precise specifications, supporting spreadsheets, comparisons, recommendations, and justifications. Effectively manage purchase order process. Review all relevant material requirements, Create and execute PO, order management, and make sure the order delivery in line with our required ETA.

Inventory Management Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, business administration, or accounting. An MBA in supply chain management is advantageous. 5 plus years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. In-depth knowledge of business management, supply chain, and strategic sourcing. Advanced analytical skills. Exceptional negotiation abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods during work shift.
