This position supports the Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Supply Chain Commodities and Services team in Huntsville, AL.

Position Responsibilities:

Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements Partnering w/ Program and Engineering teammates to provide the best sourcing solution for our programs Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem solving skills. Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience): Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Experience in performing data analysis Experience working in fast paced environment with strict deadlines Experience working both independently and in team environments Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience): Bachelor’s Degree or higher 1+ years of experience interacting with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management Excellent written/ verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service 1+ years of commercial off the shelf procurement experience 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams

Summary pay range:

Entry-Level (Level 1): $51,850 – $64,050 Associate (Level 2): $60,350 – $74,550
