Responsibilities Manage and maintain vendor accounts and relationships to ensure timely and efficient procurement processes. Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure the best possible deals for the company. Stay informed about market trends and product availability to make informed purchasing decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to align purchasing strategies with company goals. Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and related documentation. Qualifications Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the Foodservice industry, with a strong understanding of products and market trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships. High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in PC skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Pre-Employment Background and Drug Screen required
