EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Specification, documentation, and testing of change requests in the ERP system (IFS) for procurement and material planning. Act as a 1st-level support expert for local key users in the group companies. Collaborate with the Global Procurement Owner to optimize procurement functions in IFS. Regular testing of new releases and functionalities in IFS Cloud (Evergreen approach). Create and maintain ClickLearn documentation and work instructions (WI) for purchasing processes in IFS, and provide training materials for purchasing and material planning in IFS. Manage data quality, including article master data, supplier master data, purchase orders, and requisitions. Support global IFS usage monitoring and assist with reports, data maintenance, and annual supplier assessments.

YOUR PROFILE A

completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Informatics, Business Informatics, or a similar qualification. Strong understanding of operational processes such as procurement, material management, or quality management in a manufacturing environment, ideally with experience in ERP systems (e.g., IFS or similar). Solid experience in procurement processes, with practical knowledge of material planning, purchasing systems, and supply chain processes in a manufacturing environment. High IT affinity, particularly in ERP systems; knowledge of IFS or similar systems is a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel, with basic knowledge of VBA/SQL being advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to work effectively with international teams. Independent, structured work style with the ability to collaborate effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
