Purchasing Agent SACS Software Alexander City, AL 35010 SACS Software is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to oversee purchasing operations and ensure timely acquisition of software, hardware, and other essential resources. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and relevant experience in purchasing. Job Duties Source and purchase inventory related to maintenance items, cleaning supplies, office supplies Keep detailed and accurate notes of all company vehicles including condition and maintenance needed. Ship and receive all company packages Distribute mail by departments Source computer equipment for current customers. Track warranties on all products purchased Follow up with customers after hardware installation to ensure that customer is satisfied. Maintain inventory of company owned items.
