Merritt Island, FL Job Responsibilities:

Identify potential suppliers and issue competitive Requests for Quote for our client’s Lunar Permanence business unit.
Write price reasonableness determinations/price analyses in support of supplier quotes, as required.
Support negotiations of all types, as required.
Work both on-site and virtually with experienced buyers, commodity managers, and leadership for training.
Support sourcing for the NASA Human Landing System (HLS) Sustaining Lunar Development (SLD) program.

Skills Required:

Ability to interpret and apply company policies, procedures, work instructions, business standards, and U.S. government regulations, i.e., FAR, DFAR, SOX Compliance.
Proven ability to complete projects and initiatives of the supply chain department in a timely and effective manner.
Experience in writing price reasonableness determinations/price analyses of all types per FAR requirements.
Experience supporting negotiations of all types, including pricing, terms and conditions, FAR/customer contract flow downs, and schedule.
Working understanding of AS9100 standards.
Knowledge of Engineering Data such as specifications, drawings, & statements of work.

Desired Skills:

Experience in the procurement of avionics, machined parts, raw materials.
Experience working in Costpoint, Exostar, Windchill, SharePoint, JIRA, Tableau.
Experience working with Certified Cost or Pricing Data.

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 1+ years of experience in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related degree.
