Buyer – II JB Software & Consulting Merritt Island, FL 32952 Source, procure, and negotiate Services (software, professional services, etc.) Manage supplier negotiations, contracting, and cost analysis Ensure compliance with regulatory and companys standards Support end-to-end procurement and continuous improvements Oversee subcontractor management, invoice/payment processing, and supplier performance

Experience:

3-5 years in procurement/subcontracting professional services Understanding of US Govt/Commercial acquisitions (FAR, DFARS, ITAR) Experience with all major contract types Interpretation/application of policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements
