Bilingual (English/Spanish) Purchasing Agent 5TH HQ Hollywood, FL 33025 We are seeking an organized and proactive Bilingual Purchasing Agent to manage procurement processes and supplier relationships in both English and Spanish. The successful candidate will ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services while fostering excellent communication with local and international vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts to secure the best value for goods and services. Prepare and process purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including those in Spanish-speaking regions. Translate documents, emails, and communications between English and Spanish. Monitor delivery schedules and address any issues to avoid disruptions. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, evaluate supplier performance, and recommend cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, finance, and logistics, to meet company objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
