This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain processes, excellent negotiation skills, and attention to detail, particularly within the food or nutraceutical manufacturing space. Key Responsibilities Source and procure raw materials (gelatin, pectin, flavors, actives, etc.) and packaging materials (bottles, caps, labels, etc.) in alignment with production schedules and client specifications. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliable delivery. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning and production teams to ensure materials are available as needed. Evaluate supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery; resolve any issues related to shortages, delays, or non-compliance. Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors in accordance with company policies and cost-saving targets. Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure timely and efficient processing of purchase orders in ERP/MRP systems. Stay current on market trends, material cost fluctuations, and regulatory changes relevant to the food and supplement industries. Collaborate with

D, and production teams to source new ingredients and packaging solutions as needed. Support continuous improvement efforts within procurement and supply chain operations. Other duties as assigned by manager Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment; food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and other relevant regulatory standards is a plus. Proficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
