ISO 9001

standards, with additional expertise in government contracts and licensing. This role requires a solid understanding of purchase orders, three-way matching, shipping and receiving procedures, bills of materials, and conducting cycle counts for effective inventory management. Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. As a Procurement Specialist, you will ensure that the organization maintains a precise and complete inventory, having the necessary items, goods, and services to meet demand and operational needs. Strong attention to detail and data entry skills are crucial, alongside the ability to collaborate with staff to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Candidates should have excellent analytical skills to assess inventory requirements, trends, and cycle counts, and must be proficient in procuring materials that uphold quality standards, competitive pricing, and compliance with regulatory requirements, including government contracts and licensing. The specialist will collaborate closely with vendors to foster favorable relationships, ensure punctual deliveries, and provide satisfactory services.
