Purchasing Agent 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Miramar, FL 33025 Employment Solutions is currently seeking a Bilingual (Eng/Span) Purchasing Agent to work in the Miramar, FL area for a vitamin manufacturing plant that has been in business for 25 years! Qualified candidates should have the following experience: At least one year experience in business-to-business purchasing (B2B) Experience with cGMP’s is a plus Computer skills: Excellent with MS Word and Excel Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and Spanish required
Essential Functions:
Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers. Inventory verification and purchase requirements Determine procurement needs with internal departments Research pricing, specs, and minimums of ingredients Update database with current pricing, lead times, and other relevant information Manage and search for new suppliers Assures compliance with all inventory management requirements Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Any other duties as required by the supervisor
Pay:
$20 – $22 per hour
Hours:
