Job Purpose:

DHL is looking for a Business Analyst, Procurement, to join our team in Plantation, FL. In this role, you will support Procurement by providing analytical support with sourcing initiatives including but not limited to: Data collection, preparation, and interpretation Spend and savings analysis Analytical support to procurement management and staff Additional responsibilities and qualifications include:

Your Tasks:

Provides analytical support during each of the procurement steps including, but not limited to, demand/consumption forecasting, supplier market analysis, supplier assessment, and comparative bid analysis. Takes corrective and preventative actions to ensure deliveries are at or above customer expectations. Collect, prepare and interpret data for business decisions and strategy development Prepare spend and savings analysis based on sourcing initiatives Preparation of documents for hand-over and follow-up for local implementation Analytical support for cost reduction projects Prepare presentations, collect information and material for communication

Your Profile:

University undergraduate degree (preferably in business, finance, administration, engineering) or equivalent experience required. Education in logistics and/or supply chain management would be advantageous 1-3 years of experience in international business, preferably working experience as business analyst or equivalent function Good understanding of procurement habits, practices, procedures, and systems Fluent with English language is essential to cooperate with regional business units. Spanish and Portuguese are a plus. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office’s Excel, Power Point, Power BI Experience in data analysis Good interpersonal and communication skills: Ability to communicate business issues in a clear and simple way Ability to deal with ambiguous situations and different interests Ability to develop and establish solid and trustworthy relationships Strong communication and coordination skills to manage relationships with Global, Regional and Country procurement organizations Logical approach to complex matters Result-oriented, problem solving, execution focused We offer: Great opportunity to work for the biggest logistics company in the world International and virtual environment Flexibility and great opportunity to learn Tempting Compensation and benefits DHL Group is an equal opportunity employer.
