PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Clinician Sourcing Specialist excels in identifying, engaging, and qualifying clinicians in General Pediatrics. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support our growing pediatric care network. This team member implements recruitment strategies to achieve and maintain desired staffing levels, while executing on tactical goals and information gathering. He or she is responsible for the planning, organizing, and alignment of data and potential candidate leads to support the recruitment team. This fast-paced role requires the individual to be highly organized, responsive, and an exceptional communicator. He or she will thrive in a dynamic environment, exhibits a high level of professionalism, and is passionate about delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively source and engage General Pediatrics clinicians (MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs) through a variety of channels including online databases, social media, job boards, and networking events. Research established lists, for research not limited to; personal contact information, social media accounts, affiliations, direct contact information, employer information of prospective candidates. Support growth of data sets and accurate data integrity in applicable application tracking systems, customer relationship management tools, social media, and job posting and resume database sites. Gain knowledge of the job qualifications, experience, and competencies for identification of successful candidates. Develop, support, and execute creative recruitment strategies to identify top talent for positions and achieve desired KPIs and client satisfaction. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified pediatric clinicians aligned with organizational hiring needs. Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess clinician interest, availability, and alignment with clinical and cultural fit. Collaborate closely with physician recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities. Track all sourcing activity and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Represent the organization professionally in all communication, acting as a brand ambassador. Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the sourcing process. Stay informed of industry trends and sourcing best practices to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
EXPERIENCE
At minimum 2 years of experience in clinician sourcing or healthcare recruiting.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach. Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., Doximity, LinkedIn Recruiter, PracticeLink) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Experience sourcing pediatric clinicians a plus Knowledge of clinician credentialing and licensing requirements is preferred. Demonstrated success in building diverse candidate pipelines a plus.
