Key Responsibilities :
Supervise Facility Purchasing Functions :
Plans, coordinates, communicates, and supervises daily purchasing activities by applying relevant policies and procedures.
Supplier Sourcing :
Sources suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, and quality to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
Vendor Assessment :
Assesses vendors and supports product or service selection to align with organizational needs and objectives.
Relationship Management :
Develops and maintains strong, positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Budget Adherence :
Ensures all expenditures are in line with budget parameters while collaborating with the finance team on contracts, invoicing, and financial matters.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Education:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Preferred:
Three (3) years’ experience purchasing experience.

Familiarization with general accounting software.
