The Collateral Buyer is responsible for purchasingvarious goods to support the Marketing team. Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and source high-quality POS, swag, and rackmaterials that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelinesDevelop, disseminate, and manage the RFP/RFQ process, includingevaluating proposals, conducting supplier due diligence, and makingselection recommendations Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractswith suppliers to secure the best possible value for the companyCollaborate with the 3PL warehouse to manage POS and swag inventorylevels, ensuring sufficient stock while minimizing storage costs.

Monitor item creation and inventory updates within NetSuite Create,track, and manage purchase orders within our ERP system (NetSuite),ensuring accuracy and timely processing Maintain accurate recordsof shipments, track key metrics, and provide regular reports toleadership on sourcing activities and performance Research andresolve vendor and order issues efficiently and effectivelyCollaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams tounderstand their needs, present new product ideas, and provideregular updates on project status Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with key suppliers, while continuously seeking outnew and innovative suppliers to expand our network and optimizesourcing strategies Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business,Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field 4 years ofexperience in sourcing goods and services, preferably in amarketing or related field Proven ability to manage the entireprocurement lifecycle, from RFP/RFQ development to contractnegotiation and supplier management Demonstrated negotiation andcommunication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage andclarify ambiguity as well as work in a dynamic environment Abilityto collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute tostrategic supply chain and business initiatives Ability to workindependently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in afast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills andattention to detail Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word,PowerPoint and Outlook).
