The Role:

The Catering Suites Runner plays a key support role in delivering high-end catering service to our all-inclusive suites at Raymond James Stadium. This position is responsible for the timely delivery and replenishment of food, beverage, and service items throughout Bucs Gamedays, College Football Gamedays, Concerts and other large ticketed events. Working closely with suite attendants, and supervisors, the Suites Runner ensures their suite is fully stocked, clean, and ready to provide a best-in-class guest experience by working closely with culinary staff to ensure that food push timelines are met. This role is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and includes pushing hot boxes and speed racks and is essential to the success of the catering operation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver and restock food and beverage items to assigned suites in a timely, organized manner, this may include pushing equipment up stadium ramps. Ensure all deliveries meet Legends’ quality and presentation standards. Assist suite attendants with product replenishment and special requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of suite pantries and service areas. Support setup and breakdown of suite events, including equipment and supplies. Communicate efficiently with culinary, warehouse, and supervisory teams to meet service timelines. Assist in tracking inventory and product usage for suite operations. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Adhere to Legends’ uniform, grooming, and customer service standards. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or catering management.

Qualifications:

Prior food service, hospitality, or catering experience preferred. Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs, ramps, and elevators frequently. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods. Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF home games, and major stadium events. Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Food safety certification required (or ability to obtain).
