A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking for a Inventory Coordinator / Inventory Specialist to be based in Lithia, FL . The position is Hybrid. The contract duration is 06 months with extension. The pay rate for this role is $31/hr on W2.
Responsibility
Review PO approval needing price/Qty revision
Look for opportunities to reduce stocking & lower/reject PO, otherwise approve
Serve as point of contact for EBS, vendor and site for purchasing questions and clarifications.
EBS will ask if raising the Qty on a PO is acceptable
Vendor will ask for more information on an item
Work with sourcing on PIR and expired contract line items
Specification clarification with site
Service Now approval
Review POs identified as not needed & will cause storeroom excess and cancel with EBS.
Review replenishment order problems and fix
Check for issues w/ PRs, open multiple inbound shipments, etc.
Review possible demand errors on reservations causing excess PO’s.
Work past due reservations
Processing/input on Add To Stock and Change Requests
Work with the site and EBS
Other

SAP WORKAROUNDS

Weekly:

1) Send out list of items in Quality Inspection to respective storerooms
2) Generate Consignment Invoicing and email to respective vendors
3) Distribute report of PD or ND Materials with a storeroom balance
4) Distribute report of Fixed Bins for PD/ND items that can be deleted
