As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Procurement Specialist to join our team and work directly under our Head of Procurement. This role is pivotal in managing high-volume programs, cultivating vendor relationships, and ensuring flawless sourcing execution across all initiatives. Key Responsibilities Creatively source promotional products (both domestic and overseas) across a range of categories, budgets, and timelines Build and maintain strong vendor relationships — request samples, obtain pricing, negotiate terms, and ensure vendor compliance Collaborate with sales and design teams to translate client ideas into standout product solutions Track, analyze, and clearly communicate timelines, costings, and any projected delays Create clean, organized product decks and presentations using Commonsku Proactively identify and flag potential issues, delays, or quality concerns before they escalate Support inventory management and fulfillment planning for large-scale and ongoing programs Engage in ongoing creative brainstorming and product trendspotting to enhance client offerings What We’re Looking For Solid understanding of margins, MOQs, production timelines, and vendor vetting A creative eye for branded merchandise with an instinct for what “wows” Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail A quick-thinking, calm-under-pressure problem solver who meets deadlines with confidence Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you’ll be managing global vendor relationships Tech-savvy and unafraid to learn new systems or suggest workflow improvements Bonus Points For Experience with Commonsku, HubSpot, or similar platforms Prior work with overseas vendors, knowledge of tariffs, or experience navigating last-minute pivots Why Join Us?
