• AdventHealth Minneola’s 80-bed hospital will bring inpatient care to the growing population of South Lake County. Spanning approximately 204,000 square feet, the hospital will include an emergency department; full-service imaging; five operating suites; endoscopy services; outpatient laboratory; heart catheterization labs; critical care and general medical/surgical rooms. The role you’ll contribute:
The Buyer/Lead Pharmacy Technician, working under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, performs delegated duties, tasks and functions associated with the provision of pharmacy services within the hospital. In addition, Buyer/Lead Pharmacy Technician, assists in supervising the activities of the pharmacy department’s team of Pharmacy Technicians and assists in the maintenance of the pharmacy’s operations. The Buyer/Lead Pharmacy Technician, performs a wide range of supportive duties to assist the Pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medication so that patients receive consistent care.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
Applicable State Pharmacy Technician Registration (RPT)
Current certification from Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB), the Institute for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ICPT), or from the National Healthcare Association (NHA)
