Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Manager, Supply Chain Services, process requisitions and purchase orders for materials, supplies and equipment according to the policy of UFHCF. Resolves invoice pricing and quantity discrepancies, provides quotes upon request to departments, and assists in sourcing of products. Notifies end users of pending backorders and expedites orders in a cost effective manner that ensures the availability of the products needed to conduct patient care. This is a Full Time, Day Shift position. Mon-Fri 7:30 AM TO 4:00
PM Qualifications:
Education High School Diploma/GED Licensure/Certification/Registration Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required Typing, PC Computer, Word and Excel programs, Filing. Office Position 1 year Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
