Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing materials and supplies to meet company needs. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms. Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier information using QuickBooks, SOS, and ERP systems. Work with the materials management team to ensure timely deliveries and resolve supply chain challenges. Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting procurement needs. Evaluate supplier performance and assist in audits. Prepare reports on purchasing activities and assist with procurement budget management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (preferred). Knowledge of sourcing strategies and contract negotiations. Proficiency in materials management systems (QuickBooks, SOS, or ERP experience is a plus). Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred but not required). Why Join This Team?
