The Procurement Specialist will play a vital role in supporting production planning and maintaining compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations. Duties Source and procure expendable and consumable parts required for component overhauls and repairs Work closely with MRO coordinators and repair vendors to ensure timely delivery of required parts Obtain quotes and negotiate pricing with approved suppliers and distributors Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, quotes, and vendor communications Track and follow up on open orders to avoid delays in overhaul workflows Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis effectively. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable pricing outcomes. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective supplier management.
