As a Purchasing Buyer, you will be responsible for locating and acquiring materials, parts, and services that support the maintenance of aviation components. You will collaborate with vendors and internal departments to guarantee timely and cost-effective purchasing decisions. Requirements Skills and Education Experience + Evaluate suppliers to determine the best prices and delivery speed + Analyze pricing proposals + Maintain records to comply with customer and regulatory requirements + Minimum 3-5 years of MRO/Aviation Purchasing experience + Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Must possess strong negotiating skills + Must be able to read, write and communicate in English + Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment + Must be able to work overtime when needed + Must be proficient in using MS Office products such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook + Strong attention to detail required This is a great position for someone who loves challenges, a chance to learn an exciting business, and looking for an opportunity to move up in a successful company.
