Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the purchasing of aviation parts and materials to support repair and service operations
- Evaluate supplier options and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Monitor open orders and ensure timely delivery and proper documentation
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast needs and manage inventory effectively
