Sourcing Specialist Position Available In Orange, Florida

• About the Role & Team
• To support the massive expansion of Disney Experiences (DX) and Disney Signature Experiences (DSE) in the coming years we are seeking a talented sourcing professional to join our team. The
• _Sourcing Specialist_
• position will support the DSE (Disney Signature Experiences) service-related categories, including medical services, facilities management services, consulting, and cruise line.

The Specialist will be responsible in assisting identifying suppliers, managing RFx processes, analyzing bid proposals, contract negotiations, contract writing, and supplier management. The Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather service requirements, align sourcing strategies with business needs, and comply with company policies and procedures.

• What You Will Do
• + Focus on client management, category management, and technical solutions.

+ Drive sourcing initiatives to reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) without compromising policies or performance. + Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic sourcing arrangements. + Negotiate supply relationships, including cost, lead time, terms, scope of work, payment milestones, and warranties. + Manage quotes, project sourcing, and order execution for assigned DCL vessels. + Coordinate requirements with on-board partners and shoreside management, ensuring regulatory compliance. + Leverage the global supply base for the best landed cost. + Resolve issues like missed timelines, order errors, and returns. + Provide timely and professional communication to partners. + Establish supplier performance metrics and identify process improvement opportunities. + Use analytical skills to solve complex problems with a data-driven approach. + Apply category management best practices in developing and implementing sourcing strategies. + Manage contracts and key supplier relationships, understanding global, regional, and local contracts. + Execute risk management practices and support corporate citizenship goals in environmental and supplier diversity.

• Required Qualifications & Skills
• + 3+ years in strategic sourcing and procurement experience + Experience negotiating pricing and commercial terms.

+ Ability to conform contracts for technical and non-technical engagements. + Understanding and executing formal RFP processes for services or goods. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Exchange, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. + Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. + Ability to prioritize work with urgency and keep commitments. + Experience interacting with diverse cultures and work styles. + Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Finance or Business + Familiarity with AMOS, Coupa, and SAP sourcing and procurement systems.

• + MBA/Master’s Degree + Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) + APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) + ISM Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) + NCMA Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM)
