Position:
Procurement Specialist (Hybrid – Boca Raton, FL)
Schedule:
3 days in-office / 2 days remote (flexible for 5 days in-office if preferred)
Qualifications:
3-5 years of progressive experience in a procurement environment Strong analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze spending trends, and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities Proficient in procurement software and systems Highly comfortable with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Eager and quick to learn new tools and technologies Effective at multitasking, prioritizing, and organizing work Collaborative mindset with a continuous improvement approach Capable of working through formal channels and informal networks to drive results
Responsibilities:
Drive procurement operations to meet quality, volume, availability, and pricing requirements Support supplier relationships and risk management, ensuring compliance with company policies Manage daily procurement transactions and systems tasks related to commodities and projects Serve as a primary contact for procurement and system-related support Identify and implement solutions with limited oversight; manage multiple concurrent projects Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Promote ethical business practices in all supplier and internal stakeholder interactions Simplify and automate internal processes to improve efficiency Source and procure products and services at the best value, balancing quality and urgency Review and process purchase orders in accordance with company standards Provide recommendations on suppliers and lower-cost options for standard items Communicate changes to product standards, pricing, and procurement policies Provide user support and training on procurement systems Monitor and maintain accuracy in procurement-related reporting and documentation Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices by reviewing account aging reports Support the Travel and Expense team with expense report validation Maintain and update supplier catalogs Perform other procurement tasks and participate in special projects as assigned Top 3

Full-time, Contract Pay:
$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
