We’re looking for a Procurement Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about supporting patient care through streamlined supply chain operations.

salary:

$23 – $26 per hour

work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

High School Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Review and negotiate vendor quotes, ensuring contract compliance and cost-effectiveness Place and track orders, process invoices, and resolve discrepancies in alignment with organizational guidelines Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of equipment and service needs Evaluate repair history and cost analysis to recommend repairs or replacements Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure all required documentation is submitted promptly Educate internal departments and vendors on asset management standards and protocols Support team operations by identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation Skills
Purchasing/Procurement Qualifications
Years of experience: 3 years
