Summary We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join our growing team at MacroCap Labs Inc. This role is crucial in managing supplier relationships and overseeing the procurement process to ensure the timely acquisition of quality materials for our diverse product lines. Located in Lake Mary, Florida, this position plays a vital role in supporting our mission of delivering top-notch sports nutrition products. The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for reviewing, entering, updating, and processing purchase orders based on project scopes and timelines. This role is pivotal in maintaining data integrity throughout the purchasing lifecycle and ensuring clear communication with all key stakeholders. The individual works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all supply data is accurate, and order timelines meet project requirements. Essential Functionsx Create Purchase Orders for all Customer Supplied Materials based on project scope Create Purchase Orders for all Shop/Office Supplies Assist Demand Planning and Sales Teams by entering Sales Orders into company ERP; update orders, where required Communicate with suppliers and provide systemic updates throughout the purchasing lifecycle – order confirmations, delivery timelines/delays, tracking information, quality documents, etc. Create/Edit Production Batches to drive demand planning and procurement kickoffs Create new product SKUs/Part Numbers where required Work cross-functionally with Accounting/Finance to ensure supplier payments/invoices are completed/monitored Edit Bills of Materials at R D recommendation Assist with Inventory Cycle Counts Communicate inventory discrepancies, work with appropriate personnel, and resolve accordingly Create Shipping Labels Other Duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful supplier management. Familiarity with MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS is preferred. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
