Full-Time Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Procurement Manager to lead and support procurement operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will oversee procurement for MRO and spare parts, workforce coordination, performance management, and operational improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with MRP/ERP systems, particularly SAP MM, and a proven ability to drive cost efficiencies while ensuring compliance and quality. Key Responsibilities MRO and Spare Parts Procurement Source and contract MRO and spare parts for manufacturing lines and facilities at the best value, ensuring adherence to quality and SK standards Manage procurement processes including strategic sourcing, subcontracting, vendor file maintenance, and RFP drafting Conduct data-driven analysis and manage high-volume purchasing tasks in a fast-paced setting Workforce Management Lead regular meetings with team members and cross-functional departments to align on procurement objectives and cost-saving targets Ensure consistent attendance, compliance with safety protocols, and adherence to company procedures Performance Management Monitor and report on procurement and logistics activities and results Oversee procurement and logistics plans for respective teams Set, track, and report on KPIs, and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on goals Recommend changes to procurement procedures as needed Operational Support Stay current with industry trends and supplier markets Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned to support procurement and supply chain functions Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience with MRP/ERP systems; strong SAP MM module proficiency At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end procurement processes Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing supplier relationships Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive or chemical manufacturing Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision Critical thinking skills with an understanding of legal and financial procurement considerations Certifications such as Certified Purchasing Manager or
APICS CPIM
