Work Group:
This position will be responsible for data entry, issuing POs, tracking details, communicating cross functional and with suppliers. Looking for high attention to detail, experience with Excel/computers, and high level of customer service.
Typical Day:
M-F 1st shift in Athens Facility Working at desk on computer mostly Issuing POs in SAP Attending Cross Fucntional Meetings Working with Suppliers/APAs on Quotes Detailed Data Tracking in
Excel Purchasing Compliance Requirements Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar field and experience working in Supplier Management .
Critical Technical Skills:
SAP Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, xlookups, etc. – Intermediate)
EDI Purchasing Experience Supplier Chain Experience Soft Skills Required:
Communication verbal & written Customer Service Attention to Detail Assertiveness (go-getter)
