Focus on the prompt and precise delivery of procurement data analysis focused on evaluations of RFX, supplier spend, inventory, and revenues. Proactively identifying areas of opportunity, the Procurement Analyst plays a critical role tracking procurement impact and performance for the organization. Job Details Identifies opportunities and discrepancies in spend data Assist team with the evaluation of RFP’s, RFQ’s, RFI’s, for financial impact Assist with supplier contracts including renewals, document management, and risk management Generate reports and create visualizations/presentation to present findings clearly to stakeholders. Maintain supplier KPI reporting Manage inventory levels, track shipments, and maintain an efficient flow of goods Support supplier management and build long-term relationships Complies and provides RFX responses in a timely and complete manner Collaborates with operating business units to explain and understand financial impact to procurement decisions Support the procurement team in decision-making by providing insights on supplier options across different categories. Assist in the evaluation of direct and indirect procurement data to inform and make buying decisions. Other duties as assigned Skills And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Supply Chain or related field 2-5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a procurement, supply chain or contract analyst role. Familiarity with procurement processes and purchase order management. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 required Advanced Power Bi skills Strong skills in data manipulation and filtering; experience with data visualization is a plus. Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong collaboration and communication skills Construction industry experience considered a plus ERP experience desired
