Procurement Specialist – SW Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Job Description:

Dexian is has an immediate Software Procurement Specialistopportunity available with our premier aerospace customer. TheProcurement Specialist is responsible for the processing, tracking,and reporting of software purchases. The Procurement Specialistwill be responsible for: Software purchasing. Maintaining anddeveloping vendor relationships. Pricing updates and modelmanagement. Software subscription renewals. Providing end-userswith purchasing assistance and recommendations. Ensuring classifiedand unclassified software is available. Work to innovate andoptimize all purchasing processes. Ensure that systems and/or datais ready for audits.

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

3 years’experience in an IT Enterprise environment focusing on softwareand/or hardware procurement and asset management. Customer serviceexperience (call center, retail, or other customer facing role).Advanced working knowledge of all MS Office Suite applications(Work, Excel, MS Project, etc.). Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills required. Must be able to multitask and shiftfocus in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adhere to set SLA’sand quotas. Working Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system. Thisposition requires an active Department of Defense securityclearance at the Secret level at time of hire or ability to obtaina security clearance. U.S. citizens ONLY are eligible for asecurity clearance and this position.

EDUCATION

Associate’s degreein business administration or other related course of studyrequired. Continuing education is encouraged.

COMPENSATION

Dexianreasonably expects to offer $33.58 – $39.51/hour for this positionplus benefits to include generous time off, health, dental andvision insurance, etc.

LOCATION

This is a remote positionrequiring core hours of 9am – 4pm EST or

PST. QUALIFICATIONS

Submit/Pass a 10-year background check, criminal history, drugscreening, and fingerprints. Valid driver’s license/Real-ID withclean driver’s history. Demonstrated problem solving skills withability to research, resolve and complete tasks withinpre-determined deadlines and schedules. Able to process workquickly and accurately despite interruptions, changing timelinesand priorities, on a regular basis.
