  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Develop end-to-end sourcing solutions for new business deals and existing accounts
• Provide support for Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders
• Conduct market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders in a client-ready format
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, and risk management programs
• Facilitate supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers
  What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
• Minimum of 3 years of strategic sourcing or related experience
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
