Purchasing Agent 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 2144 Hilton Drive SW, Gainesville, GA 30501 America’s Home Place – Purchasing Agent The Purchasing Department of America’s Home Place (custom home builder) is searching for a focused, professional Purchasing Agent with experience in the accounts payable/receivable and/or purchasing fields. We are looking for a highly competent self-starter who possesses strong communication and problem solving skills. Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify material purchase orders created by the field offices.
  • Verify and upload supplier quote sheets onto local intranet.
  • Over budget/problem invoice tracking and resolution.
  • Rebate request and tracking.
  • Assists management with data-entry, monthly cost reporting and other various summary reporting. Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable or purchasing preferred.
  • Experience in the homebuilding industry preferred.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong work ethic and motivated.
  • Detail oriented and well organized.
