Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update contracts and PO/invoice in SAP Ariba (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs) Support category strategy through supplier research and spend analytics Analyze supplier proposals and assist in RFP processing Perform PO/invoice research and coordinate supplier meetings Use MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and Adobe e-Sign to support daily tasks Communicate professionally across teams and vendors
Ideal Candidate:
