Lafayette, CO 80026 Duration-12 months possible extension Shift available: 1st shift Job description: What are the main functions of this role? Support and coordinatethe purchasing activities in procuring materials and services.

Complete purchase order packages to meet company and governmentrequirements. Negotiate Terms and Conditions, NDAs with vendors andwork with legal on proposed changes. Support negotiations withsuppliers for assigned commodities to achieve the best price,quality, and schedule. Analyze and interpret detailed information;make sound and accurate judgment based on this information andprevious knowledge. Maintains liaison with suppliers and internalorganizations to prevent program delays. Set and maintain accuratepart lead times in the system and hold suppliers accountable totheir commitments and to meet performance expectations. Buy partsaccording to specifications ensuring compliance to qualitystandards. Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues. Workcross functionally with other departments such as Engineering,Quality, Production, Planning, and Accounting to met businessneeds. Provide purchasing and expediting support to the company forcritical material shortage. Review open orders for critical partson a regular basis to avoid last minute expedite. Manage suppliersetup and recertification process.

Required Skill Sets:

Excellent MS Excel skills must have experiencein Excel creating tables, formulas, and organizing data into apresentable format. Have excellent communication skills, bothverbal and written, self-motivated, and be able to drive a processfrom start to finish. Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical,verbal, organizational skills, ability to balance short termpriorities, and exceptional informational analysis. Excellentscheduling and time management skills. Exhibits a high level toattention to detail. Skilled in coordinating and prioritizingmultiple projects simultaneously. Experience in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Desired Skill Sets:

Working knowledge of Federal AcquisitionRegulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition RegulationSupplement (DFARS) compliance

SAP/PRISM

experience preferredExperience in the Aerospace & Defense industry is preferred but notrequired.

Pay Rate:

$26 – $ 31.00/hr per hour. •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based onseveral factors, including the candidate’s education, workexperience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,etc. Qualified candidates should
