Job Description:

This role is responsible for the purchase of goods andmaterials, the management of services and to ensure that HT’soperational needs are met. This position will focus on price,quality, and delivery to ensure the continuity of supply. ClientDetails Global Organization that specializes in medical equipmentmanufacturing. Description Oversee and maintain inventory.

Researches, analyzes, and forecasts future buying trends, markets,styles and products with attention to specified target market anddemographics. Develops and maintains relationships with wholesalersand suppliers, while continuing to evaluate performance. Negotiatescontracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers andreview opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiationand procurement best practices and methods. Purchase goods,materials, components or services in line with specified cost,quality, and delivery targets. Ensure appropriate inventory levelsof supplies and communicate any supply or delivery problems ordelays that may pose a risk or impact on business operations. Workcollaboratively with stakeholders and suppliers regarding newprojects, supplies and initiatives and advise of impact change onpurchasing and production activities. Monitor market trends,competitor strategies and market suppliers. Research and evaluateareas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible. Deliverreports, develop presentations and updates as and when needed. Allother duties as assigned. Profile Bachelor’s degree 5 years ofproven purchasing experience Strong contract negotiation skills.

Experience with supplier management and assessment of services.

Ability to build, maintain and manage supplier relationships andensure positive communications. Ability to assess and reduce costsand make business improvements. Highly collaborative team member.
