Duties Determines procedures to use to obtain goods and services th meet the requirements, delivery schedule, provide the best price, and conform to acquisition regulions. Solicits quotes orally or through written requests for quotions and evalues proposals for responsiveness and price reasonableness. Reviews supply and equipment requirements to ensure th the regional offices are sufficiently stocked to meet mission requirements. Regularly communices with vendors, FAOs (Field Audit Offices), and regional personnel to coordine purchases, deliveries, and to resolve disputes and discrepancies.
