Job Description
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-driven Buyer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of the full purchasing lifecycle•from sourcing to closure. If you’re experienced with FAR/DFARS, driven by precision, and excited to work on high-impact projects that support U.S. defense and infrastructure, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge and purpose.

Do:
Manage the complete purchase order lifecycle for services, materials, and supplies•both foreign and domestic. Prepare RFQs, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with internal and government regulations (FAR/DFARS). Review requisitions, analyze bids, evaluate supplier qualifications, and finalize agreements. Maintain detailed documentation to support audits and ensure full traceability of purchasing decisions. Collaborate closely with accounts payable, program managers, and external stakeholders to resolve invoice or vendor issues.
What You Bring:
Bachelor s degree in business administration or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing, preferably within a government contracting or defense industry environment. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), DoD FAR Supplement, and related government policies. Proficiency in SAP or related ERP systems, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint.
