• Minimum age of 21 years
• Proven experience in procurement or buying, preferably within the cannabis or retail industry
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and product quality
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
