Summary:

The Procurement Specialist role is responsible for the purchasing of supplies, services, and equipment; collaborating with and assisting customers in determining purchasing needs and requirements; placing and expediting orders; and resolving purchasing, receiving, and invoicing issues.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant business experience required.

License/Certifications:

Professional certification (CMRP, CPM) preferred. Knowledge of Lawson/Infor preferred. Knowledge of contract law and governing regulations preferred.

Experience:

Three years of purchasing and/or related healthcare experience preferred.
