Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Procurement Clerk opportunities in

NORTH BERWICK, MAINE.

  • Responsibilities for a Procurement Clerk include but are not limited to:
  • + Perform procurement activities to ensure timely supply of products and materials. + Manage inventory forecasts and daily replenishment recommendations. + Place purchase requisitions and vendor purchase orders, including researching and recommending vendors. + Handle invoice resolution, research and resolve accounts payable non-conformances, and produce customer KPI measurement data.
  • Candidates for Procurement Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered:
  • + High school diploma or equivalent. + 1+ years of experience in Procurement preferred, or other relevant experience in a related field. + Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and aptitude to learn ERP/Inventory Management applications. + Excellent customer service, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour +

Shift:

Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (occasional OT) + Weekly paycheck + Dedicated Onboarding Specialist & Recruiter + Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling courses
