Employees are responsible for providing consultation to agency procurement and contract personnel on contract corrections, deficiencies, errors, and areas of non-compliance; providing training to state agencies and/or other governmental entities on procurement; and the planning and administration of contracts. Responsibilities may include assisting state agencies in interpreting and adhering to state policies and procedures. Employees at this level typically have specialized technical skills and exercise a higher degree of decision making and independence. Minimum Qualifications Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of experience.
