Job Title:

Procurement SpecialistJob Description As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with vendors to secure the best pricing available, writing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of parts. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure all necessary parts are procured efficiently. Responsibilities + Work closely with vendors to ensure best pricing and on-time delivery of parts. + Collaborate with the project management team to procure necessary parts. + Obtain quotes from multiple vendors. + Write purchase orders using the YES PO system. + Coordinate with production leadership to address and close any procurement gaps. + Provide weekly updates on part procurement status. Essential Skills + 2-3 years of prior procurement experience within a manufacturing environment. + Strong sense of urgency and a commitment to providing superior customer service. + High school diploma or equivalent; a degree from a four-year college or university or related equivalent experience is preferred. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Advanced problem-solving capabilities. + Proficiency in PC usage. Work Environment This position operates in an office environment within a manufacturing company. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75000.00 – $75000.00/yr.
