https://sineathconstruction.com/ What You’ll Do Prepare accurate construction estimates for new custom homes, renovations, and commercial projects. Meet with clients and subcontractors to develop clear scopes of work and gather pricing details. Assist in project purchasing, issuing purchase orders, and tracking labor/material needs. Work with the P&E Manager, clients, and the selections team to update and maintain project budgets. Support the construction team by communicating accurate information before it’s needed in the field. Coordinate site visits with vendors and subs to ensure accurate estimating, especially for renovation projects. Read and interpret blueprints; collaborate with engineers, architects, and trades to solve challenges early. Keep stakeholders informed through clear documentation, cost updates, and collaborative meetings. What You Bring 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial construction, plus at least 1 year in estimating or purchasing. Knowledge of construction practices, terminology, specifications, and budget tracking. Ability to read blueprints and perform material takeoffs. Competency with Microsoft Excel, email, and project management tools (e.g., CoConstruct or similar). Highly organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple streams of information across projects. Clear communication skills with vendors, clients, and internal team members alike. Strong judgment and character-you represent Sineath’s values in every conversation and interaction.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$60,000-$70,000 per year, depending on experience
Medical Insurance:
Eligible after 90 days of employment Paid Time Off (PTO): 5 days per year in years one and two; 10 days annually after two years
Sick Leave:
5 days per year 401(k): Eligible after one year, with company matching-100% match on the first 3%, and 50% match on the next 2% (up to 4% total match) Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Primarily office-based, with occasional site visits for measurements, client meetings, or material checks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, measure in crawlspaces, climb terrain to assess lots, and use tape measures and field tools as needed.
